摘要
改革开放以来 ,中国东部得到了很大的发展 ,为了求得相对的平衡 ,共同富裕 ,因此中国西部必须紧迫地开发 ;但因西部的自然生态环境比较脆弱 ,所以 ,只能实事求是地适度开发 ,依靠科学技术进步 ,提高劳动者素质 ,使知识化与工业化互相促进 。
Since the policy of open and reform, east China has been greatly developed, while west China is still far behind. In order to keep banance between the west and east, the exploitation of west China becomes and urgent subject. Qwing to the fragile condition of the west natural ecological environment, this thesis thinks that relying on the development of science and technology, and basing on the enhancement of labours competence, the exploitation of west China should go simultaneously with the protection of its natural ecological environment.
