依据部队实际 ,建立适合军队医疗卫生机构实情的科研评估指标体系和评估量化方法 .研究适应军队卫生机构科研发展策略的预决策系统及相应管理机制 .研制开发功能齐全 ,操作简便的软科学应用软件 .最大限度的提高军队科研管理和决策的现代化水平 .
According to the actual sitration in military medical and health in stitute,we formulated the evaluating indices and methods for military medical scientific research,and studied the developing tactics and management mechanism.In order to raise the management art of military scientific research and baility of decision maker,we developed a scientific research management software which can be easily operated and performs satisfactorily.
