摘要
汽车牌照的提取是牌照识别的前提 ,本文主要采用BP神经网络在灰度图像中提取汽车牌照。算法包括三个部分 :神经网络的训练 ,图像的预处理 。
Motor license number plate detection is the fundamental step before the number plate recognition. In the paper, we present a approach based on neural network to detect the license number plate. It includes three steps: training the neural network, preprocessing the image, detecting the number plate.
