摘要
采用酶标法(ELISA)检测240份公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带者血清标本的e抗原和e抗体,结果表明;e抗原、e抗体阳性率分别为33.33％和46.25％。e抗原的阳性率与HBsAg携带者的年龄、HBs-Ag滴度密切相关,e抗原的标化阳性率男性高于女性。
In Ningbo city, 240 serum samples from HBsAg catrier serving in public laces were tested by ELISA for the presence of HBeAg and HBeAb. Result showed that the positive rate of HBeAg was 33.33%, the positive rate of HBeAb was 46.25%. The Positive rate of HBeAg was closely correlated with age and titer of HBsAg. Standarded Positive rate of HBeAg at male was higher than female.
