摘要
本研究以体外微核、姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)、DNA单链断裂及体内微核为指标对Ni、Pb、Cr、Cd和太原市大气中可吸入颗粒物提取液进行了遗传毒性检验,结果表明四种金属元素及可吸入颗粒物提取液均可产生一定的遗传毒性。
Genetic toxicity of atmospheric inha-lable particles and four heavy metals ( Ni, Pb, Cr, Cd ) were detected with in vitro mi-cronucleus, sister chromatid exchange, DNA single strand breaks and in vivo micronucleus. The results demonstrated that four metals and extract of IP have genetic toxicity at both ONA level and chromatic level.
