摘要
本文从制度经济学角度探讨当前的就业问题 ,认为只有将总需求与总供给结合起来考虑 ,形成有效的劳动就业制度 ,才能真正解决就业问题。
The current unemployment problem is disscussed in this paper in terms of institutional economicsThe authors find that it is important to solve the problem of unemployment by weighing the general demand and the general supply and by establishing the efficient institution for employment
