介绍了 2 .16m望远镜BFOSC摄谱仪CCD控制器系统的设计 ,并对该系统各项性能进行了测试和分析。通过修改软件波形表 ,该系统可以产生任意特定的波形和电压 ,可适用于不同类型的CCD芯片 ,同时它还具有多路读出功能和子图像读出功能。详细介绍了CCD的增益、转移效率、满阱、线性、暗电流、读出噪声、陷阱和量子效率的测试方法及测试结果。
BFOSC CCD controller for 2.16 m telescope is introduced along with its performance analysis . In BFOSC CCD controller system, all the input waveforms and bias voltages can be changed by software. Almost every kind of waveform for different CCD chips is available provided we adjust the software waveform table. The system also serves the function of multi-channel readout and sub-image readout. Testing method and results of such parameters as gain, CTE, full well, linearity, dark current, readout noise, trap and QE are described in detail.
