摘要 本文介绍利用生物活性炭(BAC)法处理染化废水的试验研究。1989年下半年,经过四个月的模拟装置的运行实验,结果表明,由于活性炭的吸附和微生物的降解协同作用,炭表面容易成膜,微生物生长稳定,系统容易操作和控制,净化水水质基本达到国家排放标准,对水生生物几乎没有毒性,特别适用于乡镇有毒的染化废水的处理。试验证明了生物再生活性炭作用的存在,并推导出推流式BAC工艺的动力学模型。 Treatment of dye wastewater by BAC (Biological Activated Carbon) process was studied. In the second half of 1989, the model treatment process had been operated for four months. The results showed that the biofilm formed rapidly on the surface of activated carbon, microorganism grew stably, and the treatment system could be operated and controled easily, because of the interation of activated carbon adsorption and microorganism biodegradation, the effluent quality could meet the requirement of National Emission Standard in general, and it has little toxicity for aquatic organism. Therefore, BAC process is effective especially for treating toxic wastewater from middle and small scale dye plants, and activated carbon bio-regeneration is feasible. A kinetic mathematical model of BAC process has been established as well.
