摘要
通过列举 1T企业并特别侧重出版系统业的兴衰史例 ,说明一个企业在技术决策上必须善于抓住机遇 ,紧跟本行业发展的新潮流 ,否则就会错过一个时代而遭灭顶之灾。
By enumerating the win and failure history of IT businesses and laying special emphasis on compsing system business, this paper gives illustration on that any businesss technique decisions must grasp the developping opportumity and follow closly the trend of new techniques in their own field, otherwise, they will miss all of an era and than will be drowned in some catastrophe.
