摘要
采用全粉末直接压片法制备法莫替丁分散片。分散片在水中和口腔中迅速崩解和分散。分散片硬度相对较低(3.0~ 7.5 kg)时 ,硬度变化对崩解和溶出度没有影响。硬度超出此范围时 ,硬度越大 ,崩解时间越长而溶出越迟缓。溶出度实验结果表明该分散片在水和 0 .1mol/ L
Famotidine dispersible tablets were prepared by direct compression method. The disintegrating tests demonstrated that the tablets disintegrated and dispersed rapidly both in water and in mouth. The variation of hardness made no differences on disintegration and dissolution rate over the relative low hardness range (3.0~7.5 kg). It was demonstrated in the dissolution test that the dispersible tablets dissolved much more quickly than commercial product in 0.1 mol/L HCl solution, and especially in water.
