摘要
肝火炽盛是原发性高血压的重要病机，与胰岛素抵抗增强、红细胞变形能力降低、微循环障碍、脑血流 异常、内皮功能损伤和人格特征变化密切相关，其证候表现有内在规律，治疗宜清肝泻火为法。为治肝泻火法治疗 原发性高血压提供了理论依据。
The flamming-up of the liver-fire is one of the important pathogenesis of hypertension,which has a relationship with the increase of resistance of insulin,the decrease of deformation ability of erythcyte,the blockage of microcirculation and the abnormal cerebral circulation,the failure of endothelium function and the personality change. Its syndrome has inner rule,and the treatment is based on clearing away the fire to cool the liver. Therefore,this article provides the therapeutic principle of treating the hypertension.
