摘要
目的 通过评价 2例异体移植手的功能恢复情况 ,寻求更好的手功能重建方法。方法 在术后 11个月时采用Carroll评价法对 2例异体移植手的功能进行评价 ,按其规定的 33个动作 ,总分应为 99分。结果 1例为 74分 ,1例为 6 0分。 2例异体移植手均获较为满意的功能恢复。结论 2例作异体手移植后 11个月 ,移植手的功能即能够满足患者生活的基本需要。
Objective To evaluate the restoration of hand function in two cases of human hand allotransplantation to seek preferable procedure of restoration of hand function. Methods Carroll evaluation criteria was used 11 months after operation with 99 of total score in 33 actions. Results One case graded 72 and the other 64. Satisfactory function restoration was obtained in 2 cases of human hand allotransplantation. Conclusions Activity of daily life was satisfied in both two cases 11 months after human hand allotransplatation. Carroll method is a simple and effective method of assessment of overall function in upper extremity.
