摘要
目的 :探讨肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的CT表现特征。材料和方法 :经临床、CT诊断肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤 6例 ,其中 2例手术和病理确诊。结果 :CT平扫显示右肾上腺区低密度肿块 6例 ,CT值 - 17～ - 116HU。呈圆形或类圆形 ,边界清楚。索条状或片块状稍高密度影 4例 ,条状及斑点状钙化影 2例。肿块大小 4～ 13cm ,平均6 4cm ,增强CT轻度强化 2例。结论 :肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤CT表现具有特征性 ,术前CT即可作出定性诊断。
Objective:To find out the characterisits of adrenal myloipoma on CT scan.Materials and methods:Six cases of adrenal myelolipoma diagnosed clinically and on CT,and two cases were proved surgically and histologieally.Results:Six cases revealed a well defined,fatty masses in the suprarenal area with negative attenuation value,-17～-116Hu on CT plain.The tumor varied in size,with a diameter of 4～13cm,(mean 6 4cm).Usually round or oval shaped areas of higher attenuation were scatted in the fatty tissue mass due to the presence of non fatty there was a modest increase in the density of two cases after administration of a bolus of contrast medium and 2 cases of point like and coarse particle calcification on CT.Conclusion:The CT findings of adrenal myelolipoma is Characteristic,and on CT scan the diagnosis could be reached before operation.
