摘要
目的 :了解 5 14例卡介苗接种后的健康儿童和 486例伴发有感染性疾病的儿童进行 BCG- PPD皮试反应的结果。方法 :用 BCG- PPD皮试法检测阳转率。结果 :健康儿童 5 IU的转阳率为 70 % ,疾病儿童为 5 5 %。健康儿童的转阳率明显高于感染儿童。 BCG- PPD皮试后硬结直径 ,健康儿童与疾病儿童比较无统计学差异。结论 :感染疾病可影响皮试的转阳率 ,对 BCG (卡介苗 )接种后儿童的监测建议尽量避免儿童在感染时期进行 BCG- PPD皮试 。
Objective:To study the difference of positive rate of BCG-PPD skin test in normal children and infected children who were inoculated for BCG.Methods:514 normal children and 486 infected children were done by skin test with 5IU.The positive rate of BCG-PPD skin test was compared between normal children group and infected children group.Results:The positive rate with 5IU of BCG-PPD skin test was 70% in normal children;In infected children,the positive rate was 55%.The positive rate of BCG-PPD skin test was higher than in infected children.The size of skin test of BCG-PPD skin test were 11 66mm and 11 23mm in infected children and normal children,respectively.There was no difference between normal children group and infected children group.Conclusions:The positive rate of BCG-PPD skin test was influenced by infectious diseases,especially virus infections.
