从科技成果价值的科学性、经济性和社会性进行分析，探讨目前科技成果价值评估办法的局限性，给出相对客观、公正的评价方法。
The paper analyzes the value on scientific and technological accomplishmon. It has scientific, economic and social features. The paper also analyzes the limitation ducing evaluating such accomplishments and gives a objective analyzing method.
