摘要
信息时代的到来，使企业不得不改善自己传统的管理模式，信息网络的发展使虚拟企业管理成为可能。随着信息工具、电脑、网络技术的飞速发展，虚拟企业管理将成为管理的新的发展趋势。阐述企业面临的信息时代环境，虚拟企业管理的内涵及其与传统企业管理的区别，分析了基于网络的虚拟企业管理的优势和劣势。
With the coming of information time, the enterprise has to change the stgle of managemant, the dalelopment of information networks makes the possiability of fictitions managment of enterprise. The paper discusses the enviroment for the enterprise face the time of information, the definition of fictitious management of enterprise, and the different between the fictitious management and traditional management, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantage of fictitious management of enterprise.
