禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗的研制 被引量:19

摘要 以禽流感病毒 ( AIV) H5 N4株、H7N3 株为抗原 ,分别研制了 H5 N4、H7N3 油乳剂灭活疫苗 ,并对其物理性状、安全性、免疫效力、保存期及抗体消长规律进行了检测。结果表明 ,3种抗原含量不同的 H5 N4疫苗在免疫后 3周~ 9个月对 AIV- H5 N4攻击均获 8/ 8保护 ,H7N3 疫苗在免疫后 3周与 3个月时对 AIV- H5 N4攻击则分别保护 6 / 8与 3/ 7。疫苗 4℃保存 15个月 ,其免疫效力没有下降。 A monovalent inactivated oil emulsion vaccines were developed from avian influenza viruses of H 5N 4 and H 7N 3 respectively.The physical characteristics, security, efficacy,stability and immune response of the vaccines were further studied.Results showed that all chickens vaccinated with the vaccines of H 5N 4 were protected when challenged with AIV H 5N 4 from 3 weeks to 9 months postvaccination, and 6 out of 8 and 3 out of 7 chickens vaccinated with the vaccine of H 7N 3 were protected when challenged with AIV H 5N 4.The vaccines were still safe and effective when stored for 15 months at 4℃.
