摘要
提出了大型变压器自适应冷却控制装置的原理和实现方法。对冷却器组数提出了用温度及温度变化率结合变电站及发电厂实际情况和冷却器组累积运行时间进行自动均衡综合控制 ,并对运行冷却器组的各种故障进行自适应保护。现场运行表明 ,该冷却控制装置可靠性高、功能强 。
The principle and implementation of adaptive cooling control device for large capacity transformer is presented. According to the actual operational situation of substation and the accumulated operation time of cooling units the adaptive balanced integrated control of number of cooling units can be carried out. According to transformer temperature and the change rate of temperature, the adaptive protection for different faults of cooling units can be performed. The on site operation of the prototype of this cooling control device show that this device is of high reliability and versatility, and the requirements of the intelligent non contact control, adaptive protection and maintenance free for large capacity transformer cooling device are satisfied.
