摘要
对中国水电厂水情自动测报和水库调度自动化系统的建设和运行情况进行了比较全面的论述和分析。特别是对测报系统的运行指标进行了量化统计分析 ,总结了测报系统和水调自动化系统在防洪和发电中所发挥的效益 ,提出了存在的问题和今后工作的建议 。
This paper presents a general introduction and analysis on development and operation of hydrological forecast automatization systems and reservoir regulation automatization systems of hydropower stations in China. Based on the statistics and analysis of the operation index of the hydrological forecast automatization systems, the effects and benefits of the hydrological forecast automatization system and reservoir regulation automatization system are summarized. The existing problem in the systems and the proposal for the later development and operation of the systems are put forward.
