采用预充电热处理封口化成制备的镉镍电池，完全可以达到ＩＥＣ标准，而且比开口化成的电池具有更加良好的电池性能。
The performance of Cd/Ni batteries could reach IEC standard completely by precharge-heat treatment sealed formation technology and the batteries had better performance than batteries made by open-formation technology.
