摘要
提出了一种通过测孔面齿根距来实现测量双圆弧齿轮的新方法 ,并设计出了孔面齿根距千分尺。该方法简便易行 ,该千分尺便于操作 。
A new method of measuring dual circular arc gears is presented,which is carried out by measuring the thickness from the hole face of the gear to the root face of the tooth,and a new feeler gauge is designed,which is used for measuring the thickness.Because the new method is feasible and the new feeler gauge is easy to operate,the measuring precision can be greatly improved.
