摘要
建立了正三角形钝体尾迹流流动模型 ,基于冷态实验对粗糙壁面钝体尾迹流进行了求解 ,并与光滑壁面钝体的解进行了比较。通过实验 ,比较了粗糙、光滑壁面钝体的湍流度。并分析了煤粉浓度对一次风湍流度的影响 ,提出用粗糙壁面钝体 ,提高弯管类高浓度燃烧器后气流湍流度的方法。通过一维炉中热态实验 ,研究了粗糙壁面钝体对煤粉燃烧及NOx生成的影响。
The flow model of wakes for bluff body was established, based on the cold experiments, the results of wakes for bluff body with rough surface were obtained, and the results were compared with the one of bluff body with smooth surface. Their turbulence was compared too, by means of cold experiments. The influence of pulverized coal concentration on the turbulence of primary air was analyzed, a method that uses bluff body with rough surface to increase the turbulence of the primary air behind high concentration burner with bend was advanced. The influence of bluff body with rough surface on the combustion and its NOx formation was studied, by means of hot model experiment in one dimensional furnace.
