摘要
用 AGP试验抽样检测了我省不同地区的 6个鸡场 ,共 91只 1日龄雏鸡的传染性法氏囊病 ( IBD)的抗体阳性率。结果表明 :6个鸡场中 1日龄传染性法氏囊病母源抗体阳性率均偏低 ,鸡场最高的阳性率也只有 62 .3% ,有的甚至接近于零。
The paper utilized AGP to investigate the antibody positive rate of infectious IBD. 91 chicks of six chicken houses in different districts been use, Every chick is one day old. The result indicated that the matermal antibody positive rates of infectious IBD in 6 chicken houses were low.The highest was 62.3% and some approached zero. In view of this case, the paper give some suggestions to the chicken houses in Hebei province: To proprely adjust the immunity procedures of breeding chicken in according to the specific conditions of different chicken houses, To make ahead of the day age of immunity for first time of chicken to let antibody positive rate of chicken reach high level, To reinforce disinfection, decrease cause of disease, prevent the virus, avoid enormous economic losses.
