摘要
研究了硫酰氟对害虫、植物种子等的毒性。在室温下硫酰氟剂量 30~ 50 g/m3,熏蒸 72小时 ,在小麦中F+的残留量为 0 .93~ 0 .61ppm ;剂量 50 g/m3时熏蒸 4 8~ 72小时 ,在玉米中的残留为 0 .12~ 1.5ppm ,而同样剂量熏蒸 4 8小时 ,在稻米中的残留为 0 .37~ 1.2ppm。F+在熏蒸面粉中的残留较高。吸附性比溴甲烷低 ,而解吸比溴甲烷快。硫酰氟已在农、林、外贸、检疫、文物、轻纺和建筑业中应用。对熏蒸粮食、棉花、蔬菜和种子以及对档案、纺织品、橡胶、金属 (含金 )等无不良影响。用CH3Br、C2 H4 O或SO2 F2 真空熏蒸能安全、有效地控制储藏物害虫和动植物病害。同时开发出CH3Br筒仓环流熏蒸储粮害虫技术 。
Toxicity of sulfuryl fluoride on pest and plant seeds was studied.The residue of F + at dose of 30~50g/m 3/72h/room tem.for wheat is 0.93~0.61ppm,at 50g/m 3/48~72h/room tem.for corn is 0.12~1.5ppm,for rice is 0.37~1.2ppm at 48h/room tem.The residue of F + in the fumigated flour is higher.The sorption is lower than methyl bromide and desorption is very swift than methyl bromide.Sulphuryl fluoride has been developed and applied in agriculture,foretry,foreign trade,quarantine,archives,textiles and buildings etc.No harmful effect was found upon germination of the fumigated grain,cotton,vegetable and seeds as well as archives,textiles,rubber,metals(containing golden)etc.Vacuum fumigation with CH 3Br,C 2H 4O or SO 2F 2 has been indicated effective and safe to control stored product pests,plant seeds or animal and plant disease.Besides,a recirculative fumigation technique of CH 3Br to stored grain pests in silo has been developed.Vacuum fumigator and the recirculative equipment for CH 3Br fumigation in silo have been developed.
