摘要
文中针对目前数字存储示波器没有统一的检定规程,结合数字存储示波器的原理和特点,讨论了数字存储示波器校准的各项指标及方法,并举出实例。
This paper contraposes that there is not unified regulation of verification for the DSO at present, connect with the theory and feature of the DSO, every target of the DSO and the method of the calibration are discussed, the example is given in this paper.
