摘要
以NOAA卫星资料为主要信息源,以地面高程、土地利用等地形地貌资料为辅助信息源,研制了华 东区域多重因子空间分析模式,在GIS平台上建立洪涝灾害动态监测和分析系统,从而提高了洪涝灾害判识 的准确性和客观性.
Taking the data of NOAA meteorological satellite as main information and the data of ground altitude, land utilization condition as auxiliary information, we have studied the spatial analysis mode of multi-factor, and have built a system of dynamic monitor and analysis for flood based on geographic information system. The accuracy and objectivity are improved.
