摘要
本文报告了对采集自福建自然海区的条斑紫菜进行的 2a栽培试验 .结果表明 ,条斑紫菜壳孢子的放散时间比坛紫菜迟 1～ 1 .5个月 ;壳孢子放散延续时间比坛紫菜长 ;放散高峰期出现在 1 1月中旬 ;骤然降温可以促进壳孢子集中放散 ;单孢子放散以水温 2 0℃左右较佳 .莆田及其以北海区可能比厦门更适宜栽培条斑紫菜 .
This paper reported the 2 years studies on the cultivate of Porphyra yezoensis collected from the wild in Fujian. The results showed that conchospore release of P. yezoensis begin in the last days of October when the temperature of seawater is 17～18℃. The release is 1～1.5 months later than P. haitanensis and persist a longer period than the latter. A peak of release appear in the middle ten days of November. The suitable temperature for monspore release is about 20℃. In Fujian Province, Putian area and the area to the north of it may be more suitable for culture of P. yezoensis than Xiamen because of the lower temperature of the seawater.
