摘要
文中给出了中国地面到 30 0 m高空阵风极值及阵风因子的统计研究。给出了阵风因子随稳定风速、平均时间、距地面高度、地面粗糙度和稳定风速三阶矩变化的经验公式。所得结果已应用于国家军用标准的制定。
This paper was about the statistical study of gust extremes and gust factor, including the gust from ground to 300 m high in China. Firstly, it discussed several definitions of gust. Secondly, it described the relationships of gust factor with constant wind speed, gust factor with measuring mean time of wind speed, and gust factor with height, respectively. Finally, the paper gave the method and result of estimating gust extremes. This paper unified study results of gust factor with varied resources and varied forms. Furthermore, it explained the differences among them.The result of this study has used in the formulation of the Military Standards.
