摘要
用甲醇作提取剂 ,在 2 5℃下对柑橘试样进行振荡提取 2 4h ,用 0 .3mol/L的HCl溶液 -氯仿的液 -液分配进行净化 ,以 0 .3mol/L的HCl作参比 ,建立了双波长光密度差值法测定柑橘中多菌灵残留量的紫外光谱分析法 ,回收率 97.8%~ 1 0 2 .6% ,质量浓度在 0~ 2 0mg/L范围内呈显著的线性关系。同时 ,确定了多菌灵草酸盐可溶性粉剂用于防治柑橘贮藏期病害的残留量的安全性。
With methanol as extractant,the orange samples were soaked,stirred and extracted at 25 ℃ for 24 h,and then purified by liquid-liquid distribution of aqueous HCl-CHCl 3.The remains of carbendazim in orange were determined by UV differential absorbance method using aqueous HCl as reference.The recovery rate was 97.8%~102.6%,and the liner range was 0~20 mg/L.In the meantime,the safeness of carbendazim oxalate against orange storage diseases was verified.
