本文简单回顾了分子连接性指数法的提出及发展；介绍了此法的基本原理、计算方法及其在定量－结构活性中的应用。
In this paper, we have looked back a brief review of the history and advance and expansion of Molecular Connectivity Index Mothod ; and also introduced its basic principles and calculation methods and mainly applied fields in QSAR.
