对数字化后的信息进行编码和解码，是计算机对信息进行处理的最基本方式；面对巨大信息量的处理，需要有快速高效的编解码方法，本文给出了一种顺序、累进和无损操作模式的编解码器模型。
Encoding and decoding the numeral information is the most basic method for computers to process information;a swift and efficient way for encoding and decoding is needed for the large amount of information.This article gives a model of encoder and decoder which can operate in order and progression,without losing any information.
