摘要
在调查苏州河大型底栖生物群落结构季节变化的基础上,计算了几种生物学指数,并根据指数值对苏州河底泥污染程度进行分级。研究结果表明:所调查的苏州河上海河段的底栖动物类群较少,属于贫底栖动物水域环境,生物学评价结果表明,苏州河基本上是中等—严重污染状态,与水质理化指标变化情况基本一致。除Goodnight修订指数外,Shannon-Weaver多样性指数和均匀性指数在综合评价苏州河水质上是适用的。
Based on investigating seasonal variation of macrobenthos community structure in Suzhou Creek, the paper tried to use several biological indices to assess the sediment quality and classify pollution degree. The indices used are Shannon-Weaver diversity index, Evenness index and Goodnight biotic index. All the results revealed that: the investigated reaches of Suzhou Creek have scanty species of macrobenthos. Biological evaluation classified the Creek as middle-heavy polluted area which consistent to the result of physical and chemical measurements. Among the used indices, Shannon-Weaver diversity index and Evenness index are appropriate indices to evaluate water quality of Suzhou Creek.
