摘要
在总结水污染损失计算研究工作的基础上 ,利用计量经济学方法 ,通过对城市水污染损失影响因素的分析 ,建立水污染损害函数 ,进而建立城市水污染损失的经济计量模型 以黄河流域呼和浩特市为例 ,分析了该市水环境状况 ,并计算该市水污染损失 。
In this study, an econometric model for urban water pollution loss is developed The econometric approach can show the relationship between water pollution and economic losses properly By analyzing the impact factors of water pollution loss, econometric approach is utilized to find out the relationship between water pollution loss and water pollution concentration As a case study, water pollution loss in Huhhot city of Yellow River basin is calculated by using the model Finally, several conceptual and practical issues in development of the econometric model for urban water pollution loss are addressed
