摘要
主要介绍马钢 2 5 0 0m3 高炉煤气洗涤污水及污泥处理的运行工艺及投产后的改进情况 ,它包括改进后的工艺流程 ,一次沉淀、二次浓缩、冷却、污泥处理及水质稳定等。
The operating technology of treating sewage and sludge by gas washing at the 2 500 m 3 blast furnace in Maanshan Iron and Steel Works and the improvement after putting it into production are introduced in this paper,including the technological routines before and after the improvement,once-through precipitation,concentration at twice,cooling,sludge treatment and water stability,etc. The emphasis is putting on the production running effect and economic benefit after the improvement.
