摘要
以工业生产1,6-己二胺的废液为原料,用 L~*-(+)-酒石酸为旋光试剂,丙酸为辅助试剂,一步分离并提取了具有旋光活性的化合物:反式-(R,R)-1,2-二氨基环己烷(Ⅰ)。
One-step isolation and optical resolution oftrans-(R,R)-1,2-diaminocyelohexane,with L-(+)-tartaric acid and propanoic acid,from a mix-ture of by-products in 1,6-diaminohexane pre-paration,is described and the product has anoptical purity of ～87% with ～45% resolutionyield.
