摘要
研究了在Triton X-100存在下对乙酰基苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与镍的显色反应。在pH 9.6~10.5的硼砂缓冲溶液中,镍与试剂形成稳定的有色配合物。镍含量在0~14μg/25 mL 范围内符合比耳定律。最大吸收波长498nm 处的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.60×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。用于铝合金中镍的测定,结果满意。
The colour reaction of p-acetylbenzene diazo-aminoazobenzene with nickel in the presenceof Triton X-100 has been studied.A stablecolour complex of nickel with the reagent isformed in borax buffer solution with pH 9.6~10.5.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~14μg/25mL for nickel,and its apparent molarabsorptivity is 1.6×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at the maxi-mum absorption wavelength 498nm.This methodhas been applied to the determination of nickelin aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
