摘要
用5,5-二溴丙二酸亚异丙酯作溴化试剂,室温下与 N-烷基或 N,N-二烷基芳胺在二氯甲烷中反应,可区域选择地生成对位产物。产率55～93%。
A convenient method for monobromirtationof aromatic amines selectively in the para posi-tion is reported by using 5,5-dibromo Meldrum'sacid 1 as the brominating reagent.
