摘要
改革开放以来 ,我国的农业生产结构虽然得到了较快的调整 ,但与变化更快的市场相比却总是慢半拍。尤其近几年来 ,随着宏观经济形势的变化和农业的连年丰收 ,使农业生产结构面临着新的问题 ,迫切需要进行与以往任何一次调整不同的新一轮调整。本文拟从新一轮农业生产结构调整的社会经济背景入手 。
Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the agricultural production structure of our country has been adjusted at a more rapid pace. However, it still falls behind market changes. In the last few years, with the great changes of the national economy and the good harvest of the agriculture every year, the agricultural production structure is faced with new problems. Therefore, it is very urgent to carry on another new adjustment of agricultural structure which is different from the previous ones. The eassy is on the content and policies of the latest adjustment of agricultural structure by beginning with analyzing the social economic surroundings of the latest agricultural structure adjustment.
