摘要 将鸭源鸡新城疫 (ND)病毒 D1 0 株和鸡减蛋综合症 (EDS- 76 )病毒 GC2 株同时接种于同一鸭胚内复制 ,增殖 96 h收取尿囊液 ,用甲醛灭活后加白油佐剂制成 ND- EDS- 76异源二联油乳剂灭活疫苗。该疫苗生产工艺简单 ,成本低 ,经试用表明可有效地预防 ND和 EDS- 76的发生。 Duck origin ND.D10 strain and EDS-76GC2 strain were inoculated into the same duck embryos and harvested after96hours of culture.The propagated virus were inactivated by formalin and mingled with oil emulsion adjuvant according to rational rate,and a combined inactivated oil- adjuvant duck origin NDV and EDS- 76vaccine was developed,which simplified the production process and reduced production cost.The tests of vaccine safety,antibody response,protective rate and duration of immunity were also preformed.The results show that this kind of vaccine could prevent ND virus and EDS- 76virus infection successfully.
