摘要
根据敌百虫与苏云金杆菌 (Bt)混用具有显著增效作用的结果 ,分别用Bt 2 40mg·L-1,敌百虫 90mg·L-1和两者的混剂 (2 3mg·L-1敌百虫加 5 7mg·L-1Bt或 90mg·L-1敌百虫加 2 2 5mg·L-1Bt)处理棉铃虫 5龄幼虫 ,测定其对活体棉铃虫幼虫乙酰胆碱酯酶的影响。结果表明 :若以每个头部计算 ,Bt单用并不影响乙酰胆碱酯酶 ,但与敌百虫混用时 ,能增加敌百虫对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制作用。此外 ,Bt处理显著降低了幼虫头内蛋白质含量 ,处理后 1,2 ,3和 4d ,蛋白质含量分别是对照的 85 % ,79% ,73%和 72 %。基于以上结果 。
Based on the synergism of the mixture of Bt and trichlorphon,experiment was carried out to declare if AChE was involved in the synergistic mechanism.The fifth instar larvae of cotton bollworm were treated with 90 mg·L -1 trichlorphon,240 mg·L -1 Bt and mixtures contained 23 mg·L -1 trichlorphon and 57 mg·L -1 Bt or 90 mg·L -1 trichlorphon and 225 mg·L -1 Bt(Treatment 1,2,3 and 4).The activity of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)was analyzed in viro.It was found that Bt exerted little effect to the activity of AChE when used alone but it enhanced the inhibition of trichlorphon to AChE when used in mixture.Furthermore,protein content in larva′s head decreased dramatically after treated with Bt.When tested in 1,2,3 or 4 days,there was only 85%,79%,73% or 72% of that in CK,respectively.The means of joint effect of Bt and trichlorphon on AChE were finally discussed.
