摘要
应用农杆菌介导 ,将外源基因雪花莲凝集素酶基因导入枸杞细胞 ,获得新的抗蚜虫品种。
The plasmid PBCGNA34 carried a snowdrop lectin gene (galanthus nivalis agglutinin,GNA)were successfully transferred into the cells of Chinese wolfberry,Ningqi No.1 via Agrobacterium mediated transformation.Regenerated plantlets with GNA were obtained.The article is about some problems that how to obtain transgenic Chinese wolfberry of resistance to aphid.
