摘要
本文围绕我国西部工业技术内生机制建立问题，对技术进步在西部工业发展中的作用进行了分析,从技术内生机制的形成机理和传导扩散两方面对影响西部工业技术内生机制建立的障碍因素进行了研究，并从工业技术内生机制微观基础的强化、发挥竞争性市场对技术内生的激励作用、积极做好引进先进技术的转移和扩散工作和制定有利于工业技术内生机制形成的诱导政策等方面，对西部工业技术内生机制的构建问题提出相关建议。
This paper analyzes the role of technology progress around the establishment of the western industry technology endogenous mechanism in our country, carries out research on the blocking factors that affects its establishment from the growing mechanism and conduction spread of technology endogenous mechanism, and puts forward some suggestions from such aspects as strengthening the micro－basis of industry technology endogenous mechanism，inspiring competitive market to technology endogenous, actively performing the transfer and spread of the introduction of advanced technology and laying down inducing policies that are benefit for the formulation of industry technology endogenous mechanism.
