摘要
运用系统分析方法 ,研究创建企业核心能力的问题 ,认为核心能力是企业竞争优势之根源 ,建立核心能力是企业决胜市场之关键。并进一步指出企业在创建核心能力时 ,要树立战略意图 ,借助资源杠杆 ,制定创建计划并坚持相应的原则 ,然后 ,通过内部的技术创新、功能整合 ,外部的知识联盟、兼并收购等途径 。
Core competence is the source of competitive edge. The key to the market success of enterprises lies in the core competence.In the process of establishing core competence, the enterprise needs to set up the strategic intent, seek the aid of resource levers, work out the establishing plan and adhere to the relevant principles, and then make a sustained effort over a long period of time through the technical innovation and functional conformity within the enterprise as well as the knowledge alliance, external annexation and purchase, so as to establish its own core competence.
