摘要
研究和探讨了方便甘薯的加工工艺。结果表明 :甘薯经切粒、蒸煮、调湿、干燥等工艺过程的优化处理 ,得到的产品复水快 。
The processing technology of instant sweet patato was studied. The results show that the product has good rehydrations and smell affter the patato has been cut, cooked, humidified and dried.
