摘要
目的 :探讨人工晶状体睫状沟缝合固定术在眼外伤中的应用。方法 :对 31例累及前后段复杂眼外伤患者采取晶状体囊外摘出或晶状体玻璃体切除 ,眼内异物取出的联合手术 ,其中 2 2只眼同期行人工晶状体睫状沟缝合 ,9只眼分期缝合。结果 :术后随诊 6～ 18个月。术后视力 1 0以上 3只眼 (9 6 8% ) ,0 3以上 2 3只眼 (74 2 % ) ,0 0 8～ 0 2者 5只眼 (16 1% )。结论 :人工晶状体睫状沟缝合固定在眼外伤中应用较广泛 ,对联合手术掌握好适应证 ,手术时机以及并发症的预防 ,是行之有效的方法。
Objective:To investigate the applicability of ciliary groove sutured intraocular lense(CGS-IOL)in treating eye injury.Methods:31 cases of complex eye injuries were treated with extracapsular extraction of lens or combined with vitrectomy,and extraction of foreign body.In 22 eyes,CGS-IOL were done at the same time,while in 9 eyes later on.Results:visual acuities at 6-18 months postoperately were as following:3 eyes (9.68%) 1.0 or better;23 eyes(74.2%) 0.3 or better;5 eyes(16.1%) 0.08～0.2.Conclusion:In patients with eye injury,for cases with good indication and at best operative time,CGS-IOL is an effective and reliable method,may prevent complications and gives a good result.
