摘要
计算机模拟是研究列管式和多级绝热式固定床催化反应器的工程问题,例如工况模拟、设计计算、参数分析、操作或设计优化的强有力手段。本文简要地介绍了作者开发成功的、可以用于这两大类反应器各种典型模拟计算的通用软件 FBRS。它是一个通用、高效、结构开放和功能多样的软件系统。
In this work,a general software system for stationary simulation of fixea-bed reactors is developed.As a theoretical basis,the pseudo-homogeneous one or two dimensional models were used to simulate steady state behavior of the reactors.The model equations were solved by modified R-K method(O.D.E.)or orthogonal collocation method(P.D.E.).The software was made up of four building parts,the management,the pretreatment,the data input,and the calculation -output blocks. As an example,the methanol synthesis process was simulated.The reliability of the software system has been checked by comparing the computation results with those published in the reference cited.
