摘要
目的 :观察中药复方气雾剂心痛乐治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :用心痛乐原液治疗垂体后叶素致家犬心肌缺血模型。结果 :静脉注射心痛乐后 ,能使心肌缺血动物的心电图 T波升高的幅度明显降低 ,使心肌耗氧量下降。结论 :心痛乐可能是由于舒张冠状动脉和降低心脏负荷 ,从而达到改善心肌缺血作用。
Objective:It is to explore the effect of Xin Tong Le aerosol in treating coronary heart disease and myocardial ischemia. Methods:Myocardial ischemia dog model that was made by Pituitrin was treated with Xin Tong Le. Results:After intravenous injection of Xin Tong Le, the increased T wave of ECG of myocardial ischemia animal model declined obviously, and myocardial oxygen consumption also declined. Conclusion:Xin Tong Le can improve myocardial ischemia through relaxing coronary artery and decreasing load of heart.\;
