摘要
目的 :观察穿心莲胶囊的抗炎作用。方法 :大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖注射致炎法。结果 :穿心莲胶囊 (0 .2 5 g/kg,0 .75 g/kg,2 .2 5 g/kg)对 2种致炎模型均有明显抗炎作用 ,于 3 0分钟开始起效 ,可维持 8小时之久 ,3剂量间存在量效关系。结论 :穿心莲胶囊具有明显抗炎作用。
Objective:It is to study the anti-inflammatory action of Chuan Xin Lian capsule.Methods:The inflammatory models of the ankle swell of rats caused by carrageenan or egg-albumin were measured. Results:The tests showed that by administration in doses of 0.25g/kg, 0.75g/kg, 2.25g/kg, PO, Chuan Xin lian capsule processed a strong anti-nflammatory effect in experiments by above mentioned all inflammation. The anti-inflammatory effect appeared after 30 minutes and lasted for 8 hours, and was dose-dependent. Conclusion:Chuan Xin Lian capsule has an effect of anti-inflammation.
