摘要
目的 :观察氨甲喋呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠疗效及安全性 ,并探讨其监测指标。方法 :氨甲喋呤 2 0 m g加 5 %葡萄糖 5 0 0 m L静脉滴注连用 5天 ,加服中药活血化瘀汤。治疗期间记录患者自觉症状和一般情况 ,定期监测血β-H CG水平和阴道 B超检查至β-HCG及 B超结果恢复正常。结果 :3 6例患者 3 1例治愈 ,治愈率达 86.1%。结论 :严密观察下用氨甲喋呤联合中药治疗异位妊娠适用于有一定指征的患者 ,对要求保留生育功能者尤为适合 ,安全疗效高。治疗中重点监测血 β-HCG及 B超结果 ,注意观察腹痛症状。
Objective: It is to observe effect and safety of combined methotrexate with traditional Chinese medicine in treating ectopic pregnaney and explore its monitoring targets. Methods: Intravenous drip for 5 days in succession with methotrexate 20mg plus 5% glucose 500mL, together with traditional Chinese medicine-soup invigorating the circulation of blood. During careful treatment, write down patients subjective symptoms and general feeling, regularly monitor intervals blood β-HCG standard and vagina B ultrasound check till β-HCG and B ultrasound were normal. Results: 31 cases have got recovered, its recovery rate is 86.1%.Conclusion: This tgerapy is safe and effective, appropriate for ectopic pregnaney with definite symptoms, especially for those demanding birth function. During treatment, blood β-HCG and B ultrasound check result are monitored. It is attended to observe symptoms of abdominal ache.
