摘要
目的 :旨在观察电针心经腧穴“神门”、“少海”对大鼠高血脂症模型血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量的影响。方法 :给大鼠饲喂高脂饲料制备高血脂症模型。结果 :动物高血脂症血浆中ET含量明显升高 ,CGRP含量明显下降 ,而电针可使动物血浆ET含量下降 ,CGRP含量升高 ,且神门穴较少海穴效应显著。结论 :电针可调节ET和CGRP向正常水平逆转 ,使组织和血浆中的ET、CGRP水平保持动态平衡 ,从而有利于血管运动平衡 ,使高血脂症所致的缺血、缺氧及代谢障碍得以缓解 ,达到修复或改善血管内皮功能 ,推迟高血症演变过程 。
Objective:The study,selecting spceific points“shenmen” and “shaohai” of hand-shaoyin heart meridian,observed the influence on ET,CGRP on hyperlipidemia in rat.Methods:hyperlipidemia model in rat was set up by feeding with high fatty diet.Results:(1)ET in blood plasma was reduced,and CGRP was increased obviously after EA therapy.(2)The therapeutic effect of EA at “shenmen” on hyperlipidemia was better than at “shaohai”.Conclusion:acupuncture could regulate ET and CGRP returning to normal level.Thus tissular and vascular ET and CGRP could keep dynamic balance,which improved vascular endothelial function and delay the course of atherosclerosis.
